📋 Description

• Supports small sales market client accounts by building and maintaining strong relationships. • Assists in identifying and driving growth opportunities within existing accounts and converting business from competitors. • Coordinates and collaborates with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requests and projects. • Tracks data and account performance metrics within CRM or other systems. • Manages the client pipeline of opportunities and leads, ensuring data is current and generates reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. • 1-2 years in related role, providing day-to-day support to team and customers. • Strong time management, prioritizations, and organization skills. • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and customers at all levels. • Experience developing relationships by listening, understanding, and providing solutions that result in high customer satisfaction.
