📋 Description
• Own operational excellence and governance across the full PDE SDLC • Drive tool strategy and integration decisions across core toolset • Lead adoption of new processes and engage with PDE leadership • Resolve systemic data issues and automate workflows • Produce clear, data-informed operational reporting for technical and non-technical audiences
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7 years in product operations or program management in a SaaS environment • Deep hands-on experience with a SDLC tools include Jira and ProductBoard • Experience owning or improving end-to-end SDLC processes including artifact standards, stage gate compliance, and cross-tool data integrity • Proven ability to design and scale operational frameworks — not just follow them • Hands-on experience with scripting or workflow automation. Python or JavaScript a plus • Comfortable engaging with senior and executive stakeholders • Operates with high autonomy
