📋 Description

• Drive pricing strategy and commercial positioning for new and existing business opportunities • Serve as the primary escalation point for pricing and commercial matters • Oversee bid review and approval processes • Partner with finance and pricing teams to develop rate cards and budgets • Provide guidance and recommendations on commercial packages to leadership • Align with stakeholders on financial strategy and incentives • Deliver market insights to inform decision making • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across bidding and contracting workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical research organization with a focus on pricing, contracts, and commercial strategy is required. • Proven expertise in developing pricing models, rate cards, and commercial frameworks is desired. • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
