📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of health policy and advocacy priorities • Build relationships and influence decision-makers to improve access to treatment • Navigate complex systems to turn strategy into action • Collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups to align priorities • Oversee development of advocacy materials and messaging • Provide leadership and support to team members • Monitor healthcare and policy developments to refine strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in consulting, public affairs, advocacy, government relations, or healthcare strategy • Ability to navigate government and healthcare systems • Strong understanding of public sector environments • Ability to influence decision-makers and drive complex initiatives • Experience in strategic thinking and stakeholder alignment • Strong communication skills for relationship-building • Ability to work in fast-moving environments when priorities evolve and adapt • Proven track record of leadership and collaboration
