📋 Description

• Deliver and continuously improve employee experience programs that reinforce PAR's culture, values, and employee commitments • Manage PAR's employee recognition programs, including administration, manager resources, reporting, and ongoing enhancements • Lead change management support for HR and people-related transformation initiatives, including systems rollouts, org redesigns, process changes, and M&A people-integration work

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in Employee Experience, Culture, Change Management, HR Transformation, Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent, HR Programs, or a related People function • Experience coordinating, implementing, and improving employee experience, culture, engagement, or community-building programs • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Ability to execute programs and change plans aligned to culture priorities and business needs • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
