📋 Description

• Work as part of cross-functional program review or product delivery teams across Government of Alberta digital transformation projects • Lead and mentor teams in agile principles, policies, and procedures • Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, sprint reviews, product demos, retrospectives, refinement sessions, and ad hoc sessions • Coach teams on agile methodology, estimation, sprint commitments, external dependencies, and blocking issues • Act as intermediary between the GoA product owner and delivery team to promote sprint goals and commitments • Guide the GoA product owner on reporting, release planning, and road-mapping • Identify and remove roadblocks and distractions affecting sprint commitments and product feature delivery • Manage communication, maximize transparency, disseminate service-delivery information, and resolve conflicts • Maintain delivery metrics and report on product plans, progress, and quality assurance using sprint burndown/velocity charts, product backlogs, and sprint backlogs • Report progress to the Province as directed • Use generative AI and agentic tooling for drafting, analysis, structured retrieval, backlog support, meeting synthesis, delivery reporting, and automation • Apply prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI-output review • Build AI-augmented delivery routines and apply process-automation practices • Translate technical change and automation impacts into accessible communication • Participate in user research and usability testing • Adapt services and deliverables in response to emerging user and business needs and design and technical opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated AI fluency through daily use of generative AI and agentic tooling • Comfort with prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation of AI outputs for risk, hallucination, privacy, sensitivity, and appropriateness • Ability to build AI-augmented routines rather than only consume AI tools • Working knowledge of process-automation patterns, including workflow automation, digital forms, structured intake, status reporting, and agentic process orchestration • Ability to translate technical change into accessible communication for business, product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders • Scrum Master experience and knowledge of agile principles, policies, procedures, and methodologies • Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies, manage sprint processes, remove blockers, and support sprint commitments • Experience maintaining delivery metrics, product plans, progress, and quality assurance using project management tools and artifacts • Ability to work across two or more projects • Participation in user research and usability testing activities
