📋 Description

• Work cross-functionally to support the continued development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Risk Management Program • Report and assess risks using tools and direction provided by management • Develop and analyze reports throughout the organization • Design and manage implementation of risk management processes, including complex risk assessments • Analyze, identify, describe, and estimate risks affecting the business and corporate initiatives • Assist in oversight of the risk management program and ensure compliance with risk management policies • Facilitate ongoing independent risk assessments as needed • Complete variance trend analysis and provide support and justification • Assist in developing and enhancing risk management policies and procedures • Monitor, review, and develop risk reports for different audiences • Perform problem management, issue resolution, and escalation as necessary • Act as a subject matter expert in a designated Risk discipline • Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience • Attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills
