📋 Description

• Support Pathward’s technologies and recommend improvements • Work with stakeholders to obtain information and data for consistent views of product performance, quality, and operational support functions • Contribute timely work estimates and deliver against them • Assist other IT departments with tasks and troubleshooting • Evaluate new industry software and infrastructure technologies • Ensure application and infrastructure quality through testing and adherence to IT standards and guidelines • Build test data necessary for testing • Ensure applications and infrastructure meet IT security standards • Identify and report technology risks • Understand data associated with supported technologies • Help maintain documented processes, best practices, and standards • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience • Typically 5+ years with bachelor's degree or equivalent • Experience supporting applications and/or infrastructure • Ability to perform analysis, design, development, testing, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and IT solution support • Knowledge of data associated with supported technologies • Ability to follow IT standards, guidelines, and security standards
