📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, team members, India team, and Implementation Consultants • Serve as the primary contact and liaison with clients • Manage day-to-day servicing, renewals, and new business • Manage an agreed-upon book of business proactively and efficiently • Service all aspects of customer service for clients according to Patra and agency procedures • Provide monthly recaps to agencies by the 10th of each month • Maintain expiration lists in SharePoint using the correct template and format • Manage retention for service center, non-service center, and surplus lines • Promote growth of the existing book through account rounding and new business • Maintain clients and policies in the agency management system, including tasks, activities, attachments, and email initiation • Utilize the India team for applicable workflows • Recommend policy coverages, changes, exclusions, and insurance coverage needs to clients • Respond to inquiries, concerns, emails, and faxes within 48 hours and return phone calls the same day • Stay current on market conditions and technical knowledge of products and tools • Identify efficiency improvements and opportunities to increase book revenue and communicate them to the Manager • Maintain a paperless workflow for Patra and the agency • Provide positive, accurate, and timely customer service • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License • High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload • Wired Ethernet cable connection from home router to computer • No satellite internet • Superior organizational skills • Highly detailed • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent computer, internet, and Microsoft skills • Patience and eagerness to be culturally effective with offshore India-based employees • Ability to work well with colleagues, clients, and external organizations • Compliance with all applicable Patra Corporation policies and procedures
