• Manage and retain a book of commercial lines business, serving as the primary point of contact for client service and strategy. • Lead the renewal process, including coverage analysis, market strategy, and client presentations. • Provide consultative guidance across all lines of property and casualty insurance, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions. • Respond to client service needs including policy reviews, claims support, contract analysis, and coverage questions. • Collaborate with Producers, Account Managers, and underwriters to ensure successful placement and servicing of accounts. • Prepare submissions, negotiate with carriers, and support the placement of new and renewal business. • Issue certificates, binders, and policy documentation while maintaining accurate records in the agency management system. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners while staying current on industry trends.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on account management, risk management, or production. • Proven experience managing a book of business exceeding $2 million in premium. • Active Property & Casualty insurance license. • Strong understanding of commercial risk management principles and coverage structures. • Experience working with mid-market to large commercial clients. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems. • Bachelors degree in a business-related field preferred. • Industry designations such as CIC preferred.
