📋 Description

• Conduct risk assessments for clients to identify potential risks and exposures • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses • Analyze insurance policies and coverage options to provide tailored recommendations to clients • Collaborate with insurance underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and coverage enhancements • Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support and guidance on risk management practices • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure accurate and up-to-date risk management advice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or related field • Proven experience in insurance sales, risk analysis, or related roles • Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and negotiation abilities • Relevant certifications (e.g., CRM, CIC) are a plus
