📋 Description

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving retention and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle • Develop and maintain scalable post-sales engagement processes • Execute onboarding, adoption, and engagement programs • Build trusted customer relationships • Drive software adoption and value realization • Analyze customer situations and develop balanced solutions • Apply advisory and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes • Maintain expertise in Patterson software solutions, customer workflows, and best practices • Advocate for customer needs and share feedback to improve products, services, and customer experience • Achieve retention, engagement, and customer satisfaction goals • Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement metrics • Partner with sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams • Develop and execute retention strategies with marketing and cross-functional teams • Document customer activities, engagement efforts, and account information for reporting and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years account management experience • Bachelor’s Degree in sales, business or marketing, or equivalent experience • Experience supporting, training, renewing, or selling software solutions in a B2B environment preferred • Dental, healthcare, or related industry experience preferred • Knowledge of Patterson software solutions and customer workflows preferred • Occasional travel (25%) in a national area required
