📋 Description
• Prepare and post journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation in QuickBooks • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts monthly • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes • Receive, review, and process vendor invoices • Assist with audit preparation and tax compliance activities • Complete ad hoc accounting-related requests
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 2+ years of accounting experience • Private accounting experience; some public accounting experience preferred • Highly experienced with Excel and QuickBooks Online • Strong understanding of GAAP • Strong verbal and written communication skills
