📋 Description

• Manage and support a portfolio of In-Country-Provider partners delivering international payroll services • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to integrate partner platforms and solutions • Serve as the single point of contact for partners • Handle and resolve process, customer, and technical integration issues • Monitor and evaluate partner performance against KPIs and SLAs • Support leadership with partnership escalations, root-cause analysis, action processes, and product improvement plans • Execute contracting and pricing models for ICP partners and Paylocity customers • Manage partner diligence, contracting, and onboarding processes • Ensure adoption of partner processes across the business • Identify, target, and evaluate potential partners for integration opportunities supporting the international strategy • Drive relationship management, governance, service delivery reviews, and cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, International Business, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in payroll, HR technology, workforce management, or a related industry • Global payroll experience is a plus • Understanding of payroll operations, compliance considerations, payroll delivery models, and payroll-related client and partner support • Exposure to international employment, payroll, compliance, or HR operations • Experience supporting a portfolio of partners and driving relationship management, performance reviews, and service improvements • Experience working with international organizations, global teams, or business partners across multiple countries and cultures • Ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability through partnership rather than direct authority • Experience managing operational escalations, partner governance, contract discussions, service delivery reviews, and cross-functional initiatives • Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of different cultures, business practices, and values • Available five days per week during designated work hours • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computer and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously • Travel 10–25%
