📋 Description

• Develop code against Rails 7 • Build reusable tasks to reduce the flow of work to engineering • Assist onboarding of new clients and help solve escalations as they arise • Be instrumental in building the next generation of internal tools and services • Optimize system performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and solve complex engineering challenges in large-scale applications • Write specs for automated coverage of your code. (We have over 95% coverage) • Code review other developers' changes as they will review yours

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering using Ruby on Rails • Commitment to collaboration, respect, and support for team members across all levels and backgrounds • Able to explain technical challenges to non technical coworkers • Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectural best practices • Good decision-making skills, with the ability to balance business needs, technical excellence, and engineering velocity • Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred
