📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service by effectively navigating the PBS DMS and presenting it clearly • Deliver and coordinate, independently, all training sessions associated with your primary department • Learn and develop a thorough understanding of the PBS software as well as the training process • Respond promptly to training requests from colleagues or customers • Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned as part of the role

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (French-English); able to travel in North America approximately 2 weeks per month • 1–2 years of experience in an automotive dealership, specifically in accounting • Strong computer skills required, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Excellent communication skills, including confidence presenting and speaking in front of groups • Valid passport, U.S. visa (if applicable), and a valid, unrestricted driver’s license required
