• Proven experience in grant writing, grant management, and/or community program funding. • In-depth knowledge of community funding mechanisms, including federal, state, and private funding sources. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously. • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver training workshops and engage with diverse stakeholders. • Proficiency in database management and grant tracking tools. • Familiarity with budget preparation, financial reporting, and compliance requirements for grant-funded programs. • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
