• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on behalf of senior team members. • Confidently engage with clients who manage large loan portfolios, ensuring professionalism and clarity. • Manage the progress of leads from initial capture until the Fact Find is completed, then hand off to Nikka for application processing. • Support in running refinancing processes when required. • Send birthday cards, Christmas cards, and other touchpoints to nurture ongoing client relationships. • Manage and coordinate tasks between: • - Mark and Gary • - Mark and Leonie • Help Mark and Leonie stay on top of lead progress and essential next steps. • Ensure no task is missed—acting as the operational “glue” that keeps processes moving. • Set up new cards and workflow steps in Broker Engine. • Send out credit check authorization forms and follow up as needed. • Conduct credit checks upon receiving client consent. • Order valuations when required. • Act as the communication bridge between Credit Team (Mark & Michelle) and the broader operations team. • Make life easier for the leadership team by managing workflow, prompting next steps, and ensuring seamless client and task progression. • Handle details and follow-through so the team can focus on strategic and client-facing work.
• Bachelor’s degree required - ideally in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • High English proficiency - Polite, mature, and composed in communication. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Mathematically capable and comfortable working in a finance environment. • Confident speaking with clients, including high-value borrowers. • A team player who shows initiative and isn’t afraid to speak up or contribute ideas. • Excellent, stable internet connection for smooth VoIP/phone system performance. • Interest in finance, lending, and helping people through structured processes. • Experience in client servicing and coordination • Ability to act as a point of contact for directors or senior management • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
