📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for WIP, AR, billing performance, revenue-cycle metrics, cash collections, and operational KPIs • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities • Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations for Finance Operations leadership • Support recurring executive, financial, and operational reporting • Monitor performance trends and identify areas requiring corrective action • Monitor and analyze WIP balances, aging, billing readiness, and revenue-cycle trends • Partner with operational teams to identify barriers preventing jobs from progressing through the revenue cycle • Develop reporting to highlight aged WIP and accelerate billing and revenue realization • Support initiatives to improve billing readiness, reduce WIP aging, and strengthen revenue-cycle performance • Analyze open AR balances, aging trends, collection performance, and payment risks • Develop analytical tools supporting collections and cash-flow visibility • Partner with Billing, Collections, Finance, and Operations to resolve customer-payment issues • Monitor AR indicators including aging, collections trends, and DSO • Define, document, and maintain business metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards • Ensure reporting consistency, accuracy, and data integrity across systems and business units • Improve data governance and metric definitions with stakeholders • Streamline reporting, eliminate manual processes, and improve operational efficiency • Partner with Technology and business teams to automate workflows and enhance reporting • Support implementation, testing, and optimization of systems, integrations, reporting solutions, and business processes • Recommend process improvements and develop scalable processes supporting organizational growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, billing, accounts receivable, revenue-cycle management, or a related function • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience analyzing large datasets and developing financial or operational reporting • Experience with ERP, CRM, financial, or operational systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, or management reporting • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills • Experience identifying process gaps and developing practical solutions • Preferred: experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and visualization tools • Preferred: experience with revenue-cycle management, billing operations, WIP management, or AR analytics • Preferred: understanding of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting • Preferred: experience supporting process-improvement, automation, or data-governance initiatives • Preferred: familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable enterprise platforms • Preferred: experience in field-service, infrastructure, telecommunications, renewables, critical-power, or multi-business-unit organizations
