• Develop and implement full-funnel Meta and Google Ads strategies. • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Display, and YouTube. • Build and test audiences, creatives, copy, and bidding strategies. • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and funnel assessments. • Analyze performance daily to reduce CPL and improve lead quality. • Execute structured A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and audiences. • Troubleshoot tracking, attribution, and conversion event issues. • Collaborate with the CRO team to improve landing page performance. • Maintain organized and scalable ad account structures. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations. • Ensure accurate tracking and tagging across platforms. • Identify scaling opportunities while monitoring risks or inefficiencies. • Brief creative teams on required formats and data-backed concepts. • Provide insights for new angles, messaging, and tests. • Align ad creative with landing page experiences. • Work closely with senior ads specialists, CRO, creatives, and account managers. • Participate in onboarding, internal training, and workshops. • Contribute to process improvements and internal playbooks.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns • Strong expertise in one platform + familiarity with the other • Proven experience reducing CPL, improving lead quality, and scaling campaigns • Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, CRO, and tracking • Highly dependable, consistent, organized, and detail-oriented • Excellent English communication skills (internal collaboration-focused) • Ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets at once • Self-directed, proactive, and quick to ramp without heavy supervision. • Experience in home improvement, contractor niches, or local lead generation (nice-to-have) • Experience collaborating with creative or CRO teams (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with automation rules or scripts (nice-to-have) • Agency or AdTech background (nice-to-have) • Experience with YouTube Ads or advanced audience strategies (nice-to-have)
