📋 Description
• Maintain complete, accurate CRM data (HubSpot or equivalent) for all deals and contacts. • Conduct daily hygiene checks: update deal stages, merge duplicates, and ensure full visibility. • Assign and track leads to ensure timely follow-ups and zero pipeline drop-offs. • Build dashboards and reports for conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and forecasting. • Produce weekly performance summaries for leadership and sales teams. • Track inbound and outbound flow to identify bottlenecks or improvement areas. • Prepare meeting agendas, action trackers, and follow-up documentation. • Facilitate smooth communication between the founder, SDRs, and closers. • Monitor outbound sequences for cadence accuracy and prompt response handling. • Conduct prospect research and list enrichment via Apollo or Sales Navigator. • Support sequencing and outreach setup when needed. • Audit campaign data to maintain consistent quality and performance tracking.
🎯 Requirements
• 1–2 + years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM/SDR support. • Proven expertise managing CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline. • Ability to work full-time with reliable MST time-zone overlap. • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, founder-led organization. • Background in outbound or SDR support (prospecting, sequencing, list management) (Preferred) • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Preferred) • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, tracking, data validation) (Preferred) • Experience with Notion, Zapier, or similar documentation and automation tools (Preferred) • Prior experience in marketing, performance, or agency operations (Preferred)
