📋 Description

• Build and manage our TikTok creator community on Discord + WhatsApp • Recruit and onboard new creators into Pearl West brands • Provide content briefs, coaching, and support for high-performing TikTok community engagement campaign • Host community engagement sessions, trainings, and challenges • Track performance metrics and optimize community output

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in community management, creator management, or TikTok • Experience with Discord/WhatsApp communities • Experience in building and managing creator communities for brands, agencies, or TikTok Shop • Personable, high-energy, and able to coach creators to success
