📋 Description

• Drive discovery and definition of core products supporting Global Data’s foundational data platforms • Define and prioritize scope, goals, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones across data product initiatives • Own communication of business objectives and coordinate delivery across data teams, OCTO teams, business stakeholders, and executives • Develop narratives for data products to secure stakeholder and executive support • Partner with stakeholders to define problems, articulate value, and establish success metrics • Partner with engineering teams to clarify expectations, support execution, and ensure measurable business value • Measure and communicate business impact of domain and broader data initiatives • Advance data quality, governance, and sustainability standards across Global Data • Ensure transparency of data product roadmaps, progress, and prioritization • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement in data management, data products, governance, and analytics • Track and report KPIs, including data quality and integrity metrics • Contribute to organizational planning through input on timelines, resourcing, and cross-team dependencies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related experience • MBA, PMP, CBAP, or data certification preferred • 5+ years of experience in data products, technology, or product-driven organizations • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Familiarity with data processing, ELT and ETL pipelines, and data migration practices • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills • Relationship-building skills and ability to influence without authority • Proactive, strategic problem-solving ability • Ability to independently identify opportunities rather than wait for requirements
