📋 Description

• Responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain. • Focus in 1 or more of these areas: NPI lifecycle management, supplier transition/tooling mgmt, cost analytics, supply continuity resolution, and demand planning activities. • Coordination with internal and external stakeholders and third-party service providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Transportation/Logistics. Will consider candidates with 3-5yrs of hands-on experience in Supply Chain in leu of educational requirements. • Strong analytical skills. • Act as a mentor/manager to other team members, utilizing influence without authority. • Proven ability to analyze, present, summarize, and provide recommendations. • Demonstrated understanding of interactions across Materials Requirement Planning, EOQ, MOQ, Safety Stock, and Material Lead Time. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. • The ability to influence and negotiate with suppliers and team members to achieve desired outcomes. • Strong problem-solving skills to address supply chain challenges and find creative solutions. • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed supply chain decisions. • A strong willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and technologies in supply chain management is important. • Computer Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Power BI
