📋 Description

• Build, validate, and deliver transformed data to meet stakeholder requirements • Liaise with business stakeholders to identify data-driven projects and opportunities • Liaise with data engineers to build data pipelines and solve related issues • Develop dbt models using SQL expertise • Manage Airflow tasks and scheduling • Assist team members with data issues related to analysis and modeling • Complete analyses and present clear recommendations to business stakeholders • Oversee team analysis for accuracy and informative insights • Help implement and adopt a data exploration tool across the organization • Support data engineer hiring, onboarding, and professional development • Mentor others

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering/data engineering • Hands-on expertise with BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Python, and relational databases • Proven track record in building and optimizing data transformation pipelines • Strong relationship management with internal and external stakeholders • Experience with a data exploration tool such as Looker or Mode • Interest in sports and consumer products
