📋 Description

• Supervise, train, and mentor the accounts payable team • Identify and implement automation solutions to improve financial-process efficiency and accuracy • Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data for reporting and process improvements • Support vendor relationship management, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate payments • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial data and up-to-date records in compliance with accounting standards • Ensure adherence to SOX compliance standards for internal controls over financial reporting, including evaluating and testing controls, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements • Identify and implement accounts payable process improvements • Monitor key performance indicators for accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and customer service • Assess team performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Experience identifying and implementing automation solutions within finance or accounts payable functions • Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA, ERP systems, or similar technologies is preferred • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints • Experience in SOX compliance, internal controls, and financial reporting • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide leadership in process improvements • Experience with Tipalti, Sage Intacct, or similar platforms is preferred but not required • Minimum of five years’ work experience in Accounts Payable is preferred • Proficiency in Sage Intacct or equivalent ERP software
