📋 Description

• Develop, customize, and integrate Power Apps (mostly Canvas App), Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI solutions in the organization • Gather business requirements, design and build applications, workflows, and reports to streamline processes, automate tasks, and provide valuable insights • Report directly to the Head of IT and work daily with all departments' business stakeholders • Work with Dataverse as a data backend and integrate data from various file and database sources into Power BI dashboards and reports • Implement relational database designs and follow modern software engineering patterns and CI/CD practices • Understand and apply Power Platform licensing principles and manage Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365 user/group integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in working with business stakeholders - business requirements definition and planning • Results-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated to leverage technology to improve business processes • Experienced in managing conflicting priorities and remaining focused and effective under time pressure • Excellent communication skills and teamwork • Good English (written and verbal) - working with English-speaking stakeholders daily • Proven track record of developing production-ready solutions with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) with Dataverse as a data backend • Microsoft PowerBI experience (dashboards, reports, data aggregation, and integration from various file and database sources) • Experience in designing and implementing relational databases • Knowledge of modern software engineering patterns and practices • Experience with CI/CD solutions • Understanding of Power Platform licensing principles • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365 user/group management • (Advantage) Experience in developing custom connectors (.NET) for Power Platform • (Advantage) Experience in developing Power Platform AI solutions • (Advantage) Experience in developing N8N flows • (Advantage) Experience in developing solutions integrating other machine learning frameworks • (Advantage) Azure and/or Power Platform certification • (Advantage) Experience in developing and testing REST endpoints • (Advantage) Proficiency in Office 365, particularly SharePoint and integration with Power Platform components
