📋 Description

• Facilitate and drive technology changes & solutions in HR. • Work with multiple teams to support HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, and Salesforce. • Initiate and coordinate multiple work efforts across teams for secured solutions like SaaS integrations and data migrations. • Communicate effectively as a Subject Matter Expert on tech integrations and lead adherence to policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT delivery. • Experience in configuration and integration with cloud-based vended applications (SAML/SSO, APIs e.g. RESTful, packaged third-party application integrations). • Fundamental understanding of database technologies (Oracle and/or SQL). • Fundamental understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth, basic authentication, etc.). • Experience with data migration. • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Cloud Platform. • Kronos or Salesforce is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Proficient in at least one programming language is a plus.
