📋 Description

• Manage high visibility projects for Peraton’s Risk Decision Group • Manage relatively small projects or definable portions of larger programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies • Direct and supervise support resources for project assignments and activities • Manage projects through design, development, implementation, and testing • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects • Interface with end users, business support teams, technical teams, and senior leadership • Coordinate project team efforts and communicate project expectations • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Develop work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports • Gather functional and technical requirements using project management and business analysis methodologies • Prepare and maintain accountability for project deliverables • Conduct project meetings and perform project tracking and analysis, including risks and key decisions • Provide timely updates on project progress to senior management and stakeholders • Direct analysis and solutions of problems • Specify systems requirements and ensure completed systems meet requirements • Lead change requests and bugs through the PMO change management process to Change Control Board review • Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2 year's experience with BS/BA, 0 years with MS/MA, 6 years no degree • US Citizenship • Must hold active federal background investigation with a T5 adjudication or Top Secret eligible clearance • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams Environment • Experience with Visio • Experience with process flow mapping • Experience working within and the analysis of federal investigative standards and operational workflows • Ability to provide after-hours support • PMP Certification (preferred) • Scrum Master Certification (preferred) • Understanding of agile methodology (preferred) • Understanding of software development lifecycles (preferred)
