📋 Description

• Lead daily and weekly sales activities for the receivable purchase program and prepare associated monthly and quarterly journal entries • Support the corporate leasing program by collaborating with external leasing partners and internal stakeholders in procurement, accounting, FP&A, and business sectors • Assist with interest, debt, leasing, and cash flow forecast processes • Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations and journal entry reviews of treasury-related accounts, including interest expense/income and lease obligations • Assist with managing the interest rate risk management program, including recommending hedging strategies and interest rate derivatives • Compile performance metrics and analytics to support decision-making in forecasting and planning activities • Support and back up daily cash, cash forecasting, and banking processes • Develop cross-functional collaboration with internal departments and external parties to ensure alignment with business activities • Provide backup and support for other treasury processes and ad hoc analyses as needed

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS with 5+ years of finance experience, including at least 3 years of treasury experience • US Citizenship • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency • Knowledge of banking principles and processes • CTP or CFA designation or candidacy is a plus • Experience with receivables purchase programs or asset-based lending is a plus • Experience at a private equity backed company is a plus • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Highly driven and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and record keeping • Ability to work cross-functionally with individuals across the organization • Solid interpersonal skills
