• Lead the design and delivery of initiatives strengthening engagement and culture • Shape the end-to-end employee journey from onboarding to development • Act as a senior partner driving programs improving engagement • Establish metrics to assess program impact and refine programs • Present insights and recommendations to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in HR or related field preferred • 8+ years of experience in employee engagement or HR leadership roles • Proven track record designing global engagement programs • Strong business acumen linking employee experience to retention • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills • Experience working in global organizations preferred • Experience with employee engagement tools • Change management expertise or certification • Strategic vision with hands-on program execution
