📋 Description

• Support the Corporate Giving department and partnerships • Advance PETA’s partnership work with vegan and cruelty-free companies and secure gifts-in-kind • Assist with administrative processes, partner updates, benchmark reports, planning meetings, agendas, timelines, and notes • Oversee workflow and solicitation of in-kind donations, including event silent auctions • Manage internal in-kind donation workflows and maintain the related database • Develop and pilot a benefit/engagement program for companies supporting the organization through gifts-in-kind • Maintain onboarding processes for PETA Business Friends • Assist with revenue-share partnerships and brand collaborations • Support donor engagement through social media and website channels • Maintain and grow engagement with cultivation platforms, including the PETA Shopping Guide website, social media, and email campaigns • Research prospective companies and assemble data reports • Coordinate cultivation efforts, newsletters, email promotions, and benefit fulfillment updates • Solicit event sponsorship opportunities • Discover prospects and promote PETA Business Friends and corporate giving programs • Develop and maintain PETA’s Vehicle Donation program • Lead the annual fundraising auction, including securing donations, curating lots, promotion, bidder engagement, fundraising goals, and OneCause auction software • Draft responses to fundraising and animal liberation inquiries and respond to inbound emails • Maintain departmental databases, tracking documents, and archives • Establish and maintain communication and relationships across the organization and with business partners • Perform other duties or special projects assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram • One to two years of administrative or office experience • Proven excellent project management, strategic thinking, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines and organize tasks • Proven ability to conduct research and carry out prompt correspondence • Experience with data entry and database maintenance systems • Proficiency with a variety of Microsoft Office programs, Asana, and WordPress • Proven excellent attention to detail • Willingness and ability to travel and represent the organization at conventions and fundraising events • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven ability to always maintain strict confidentiality • Professional appearance, adherence to a healthy vegan lifestyle, and familiarity with vegan/cruelty-free shopping • Commitment to the objectives of the organization
