📋 Description
• Provide leadership and guidance to stores in order to ensure that district sales and profit goals are achieved • Develop and implement plans, policies and procedures in an effort to maximize profits • Recruit, train, develop and manage Store Management • Ensure all associates are properly trained to provide outstanding customer service • Visit all district stores regularly and conduct inspections
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of retail management experience • Strong analytical skills • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Ability to travel frequently between stores • Experience in customer service and sales
