📋 Description

• Achieve sales results and objectives for the assigned territory • Promote products to healthcare professionals in accordance with the brand targeting strategy • Provide effective coverage of targeted family physicians, general practitioners, pharmacists, and specialists • Conduct symposia, audio and video conferences, exhibitions, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities • Develop and implement a territory business plan • Establish strong relationships with key customers • Engage customers both face-to-face and virtually • Attend congresses and coordinate and deliver CME programs • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external business partners • Report adverse drug reactions and product complaints • Represent the company professionally and maintain positive public relations in accordance with company policy • Maintain company property, including the vehicle, samples, and promotional materials • Follow Pfizer policies, procedures, values, leadership behaviors, and applicable marketing codes

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience • Bachelor’s degree in business or science • Outstanding selling skills • Expertise in using reprints and organizing CME activities for live and virtual events • Proficiency with digital and artificial intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot • Sound critical judgment when evaluating information generated by AI tools • Compliance with Pfizer policies on compliance and data protection • Excellent professional oral and written communication skills • Fluency in French and English • Advanced spoken and written English required • Strong networking skills • Computer proficiency • Valid driver’s license required • Knowledge of the Mauricie–Bois-Francs territory is an asset
