📋 Description

• Achieve sales objectives for the assigned territory in accordance with the approved territory business plan • Promote products to healthcare professionals in accordance with the brand targeting strategy • Call on targeted family physicians, general practitioners, pharmacists, and selected specialists • Conduct symposia, audio and video conferences, exhibitions, and continuing medical education activities • Develop and implement a business plan or territory action plan • Report adverse drug reactions, adverse events, and product complaints in accordance with Pfizer procedures • Maintain professional public relations in accordance with company policy • Maintain company property, including the vehicle, samples, and promotional materials • Establish strong relationships with key customers • Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually • Attend congresses and coordinate and deliver CME programs • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external business partners • Follow Pfizer policies, procedures, values, leadership behaviors, and applicable marketing codes and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience • Bachelor’s degree in business or science • Superior product and therapeutic knowledge in specialty care and internal medicine • Excellent sales skills • Expertise in the use of reprints • Experience organizing continuing medical education (CME) programs for live and virtual events • Proficiency with digital and artificial intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot • Sound judgment when evaluating AI-generated information • Compliance with Pfizer compliance and data protection policies • Excellent professional oral and written communication skills • Bilingual proficiency in French and English • Advanced spoken and written English required for daily collaboration with colleagues and partners in Canada and internationally • Strong networking skills • Computer proficiency • Valid driver’s license • Knowledge of the territory is an asset
