📋 Description

• Lead the Senior Strategic Healthcare Partners/PPSSS team for vaccines and COVID • Lead the strategy and prioritization for the Strategic Healthcare Partner team • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to address gaps in the patient and consumer journey for vaccination and COVID treatment • Develop innovative frameworks to optimize digital pharmacy solutions and the digital ecosystem • Serve as a subject-matter expert on healthcare optimization frameworks and digital pharmacy transformation solutions • Support the three-year operating plan with recommendations for launch and pre-launch brands • Oversee initiatives that shape Pfizer’s leadership in the pharmacy ecosystem • Lead, support, and coach PPSSS team members; facilitate connections with Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs • Develop, track, and monitor key performance indicators for quality improvement initiatives, and present results to the leadership team • Ensure compliance with Pfizer policies and procedures and Innovative Medicines Canada’s Code of Ethics • Work with Finance and leadership on strategic planning, the three-year operating plan, and budget allocation

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business administration, pharmacy, science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Expertise in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors • Significant commercial experience in marketing or sales management • Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the Canadian healthcare landscape • Strong knowledge of Canadian pharmacy practice and applicable regulations • Experience working with stakeholders, organizations, or Canadian and/or regional pharmacy environments • Knowledge of digital pharmacy solutions and the evolving digital ecosystem supporting pharmacy practice is an asset • Demonstrated experience managing teams, either directly or through matrix/indirect leadership • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders and successfully lead change • Ability to quickly build trusting relationships and positive connections • Strong strategic planning, financial, and analytical skills • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously • Ability to manage change effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment • Strong experience and understanding of cross-functional work at both the local and global levels • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to develop, refine, and deliver clear, compelling presentations • Bilingual in French and English, with advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written
