📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day schedule development and maintenance for a federal health IT program • Ensure schedules comply with DCMA 14-Point Assessment and GAO Schedule Assessment Guide principles • Build DCMA-compliant schedules for new task orders and contract modifications • Develop and write client-facing schedule reports • Create regular and ad hoc reports for leadership • Identify, escalate, and monitor schedule-related risks and issues • Present schedule briefings on internal and external leadership calls • Maintain schedules with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and government partners • Coordinate with approximately 30–40 points of contact to maintain schedule data • Manage assigned work areas while contributing to the broader scheduling team • Share critical data, cross-project impacts, and process improvement opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 3–6 years of MS Project scheduling experience • Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules compliant with DCMA 14-Point Assessment standards and GAO Schedule Assessment Guide principles • Experience building and maintaining schedules for new task orders and contract modifications • Experience developing client-facing schedule reports and ad hoc leadership reporting • Ability to identify, escalate, and monitor schedule-related risks and issues • Strong written and oral communication skills • Experience delivering schedule-related briefings to internal and external leadership • Familiarity with Office 365 applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to coordinate with 30–40 points of contact across cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and government partners • Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance • SSI Tool experience preferred
