📋 Description
• Design and maintain robust pipelines that transform raw blockchain data into reliable, analytics-ready datasets. • Build scalable, well-tested models in dbt to power product metrics and user segmentation. • Implement monitoring, testing, and data quality frameworks that ensure data accuracy and trust. • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Growth teams to deliver data solutions that unlock insights. • Drive performance improvements and cost efficiency across the data stack.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience building modern data pipelines and infrastructure in high-growth environments. • Deep expertise in SQL, Python, Snowflake, and dbt. • Proven experience designing and maintaining ETL/ELT workflows using tools like Airbyte, Rudderstack, or Fivetran. • Strong background in data modeling, schema design, and observability frameworks. • Experience working with onchain data (e.g. balances, transactions, token movements) — ideally within a blockchain, exchange, or web3 analytics environment. • Ability to operate autonomously, set direction, and collaborate effectively across teams.
