📋 Description

• Lead the hands-on delivery of enterprise-wide adoption programs • Design and execute structured change and adoption plans • Translate technical platform impacts into role-based change tactics • Define, track, and report on adoption and behavior change metrics • Design and facilitate training and enablement experiences • Serve as a trusted advisor to client sponsors and stakeholders • Partner with executive sponsors, product and delivery teams • Build cross-practice relationships to drive customer success • Help shape differentiated AI Adoption offerings • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing • Own end-to-end delivery of AI, data, and analytics change programs • Exhibit strong ownership in resolving delivery challenges

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years as a hands-on Change Management leader • 4+ years of consulting experience with external clients • Proven experience with the full change lifecycle • Depth in OCM methods • Experience delivering change for real-world AI and data programs • Strong practical understanding of cloud data platforms • Familiarity with change management frameworks • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders • Strong client-facing written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of evolving AI capabilities • Proven track record supporting or heavily influencing the sales lifecycle
