• Develop and execute the annual Service Sales business plan • Drive contract revenue growth, market share expansion, and competitive positioning • Own Service Sales performance including forecasting, pipeline management, and execution of sales plans • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers • Lead and optimize sales operations including forecasting tools and compliance standards • Manage, coach, and hold Service Sales leadership accountable • Drive organizational effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales leadership • Service Sales business experience is required • Skills include driving large, complex, multi-solution deals • Complex contracting experience, required • Bachelor's degree • MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
