📋 Description

• Serve as the face of Phillips while working from the employee's residence • Travel throughout the assigned territory Monday through Friday in a company-supplied van • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex CNC machines and systems • Install and commission new state-of-the-art machinery • Provide customer service beyond the repair • Build lasting customer relationships and create customer value • Proactively eliminate obstacles affecting customer productivity • Support long-term partnerships and secure future work for Phillips

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with CNC machinery OR a strong mechanical and electrical background • Proven track record in a service or maintenance environment • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude • Continual desire and ability to learn • Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the month within the assigned region, Monday through Friday • Mechatronics, Machining, or Engineering certification or degree is a plus • Must be able to provide customer service and build lasting customer relationships
