📋 Description

• Review patient-submitted medical histories through Phoenix’s graded online platform and determine treatment candidacy • Issue prescriptions when appropriate • Communicate directly with patients through the secure messaging platform when more information is needed • Help refine clinical workflows and support seamless, high-quality care at scale • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and co-design improvements • Contribute clinical expertise to new product launches and protocols as Phoenix expands into new conditions and offerings • Provide asynchronous telehealth care for conditions including erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight loss, premature ejaculation, and testosterone therapy

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English with professional working proficiency in both languages • Registered nurse practitioner, licensed and in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) • Eligibility for licensure in additional Canadian provinces • Technologically savvy, with experience or comfort using digital care platforms • Excellent communication skills • Ability to respond to patient needs in a timely and empathetic manner • Curiosity and interest in innovation and cross-functional collaboration • Previous men’s health experience is a plus, but not required • Existing CMPA or equivalent malpractice coverage • Experience with a telehealth platform
