📋 Description

• Review patient-submitted medical histories through the intelligent, graded online platform • Determine patient candidacy for treatment • Issue prescriptions when appropriate • Communicate directly with patients through the secure messaging platform when more information is needed • Help refine clinical workflows with a multidisciplinary team • Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and co-design solutions • Contribute to new product launches and clinical protocols • Support expansion into new conditions and offerings • Provide asynchronous telehealth care for conditions including erectile dysfunction, hair loss, weight loss, premature ejaculation, and testosterone therapy

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English with professional working proficiency • Registered nurse practitioner, licensed and in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) • Eligibility for licensure in additional Canadian provinces • Experience with or comfort using digital care platforms • Ability to respond to patient needs in a timely and empathetic manner • Previous experience in men’s health is a plus, but not required • Existing CMPA or equivalent malpractice coverage • Must complete required application confirmations regarding telehealth platform experience and provincial licensure
