📋 Description

• Actively prospect potential students via WhatsApp and social media. • Make the initial approach, build rapport and guide them to a diagnostic call. • Understand the lead's routine, goals and pain points — and present the right solution. • Guide the lead from first contact through enrollment. • Log all contacts in the CRM and keep the sales funnel up to date. • Follow a daily sales routine with discipline and a results-oriented focus.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in active sales, prospecting or outbound (minimum 6 months). • Strong verbal and written communication — clear, direct and personable. • Discipline to maintain daily contact and follow-up routines. • Comfortable with a 100% commission-based, target-driven model. • Smartphone or computer and a stable internet connection. • Previous experience selling language courses, education products or high-value offerings is a plus. • Experience with CRM, sales funnels and scripts is a plus. • Autonomous profile: you organize yourself without constant supervision.
