âą Achieve/exceed target KPIs (ex. ROAS, CPA) across all managed campaigns. âą Effectively build, optimize, and manage campaigns & associated budgets to maximize performance while staying within defined spending limits. âą Support the implementation of new tools and processes to improve output and allow buyers to take on more accounts at an efficient rate. âą Master Meta media buying platforms and identify innovative strategies to enhance campaign performance while echoing these efficiencies to the department. âą Provide accurate and insightful campaign analysis, translating data from campaigns, website, and funnels into actionable next steps for optimization. âą Ensure all media buyers are supported and work to build new processes and tools to increase department efficiency. âą Ensure clear and effective communication with clients or internal stakeholders regarding campaign performance and strategy. âą Ensure all media buying activities adhere to platform & agency policies as well as industry regulations.
âą 3+ years of experience using/building tools and AI applications âą Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field (optional). âą Advanced certifications in relevant advertising platforms (e.g.,Meta Blueprint, advanced analytics certifications) are a plus. âą Extensive experience using AI tools such as Chat GPT, Midjourney, etc âą Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing large-scale digital advertising campaigns. âą Extensive experience with associated advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok, programmatic platforms). âą Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. âą Strong understanding of attribution modeling and campaign measurement. âą Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation. âą Expertise in budget management and forecasting. âą Experience with advanced reporting and presenting data to stakeholders. âą Experience with training and mentoring junior team members.
