📋 Description

• You will own the AI roadmap for Web. • You lead the product strategy for our Web platform, ensuring a seamless booking journey for our campers and mobile home travelers. • You lead and mentor a team of 3 UX/Designers, driving a culture of high-output, user-centric design. • You are the key collaborator for our other internal powerhouses. • You take full ownership of the user experience for our primary markets, Germany and the Netherlands, ensuring the product feels local, trustworthy, and relevant.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in E-commerce Product Management, with a clear history of leading design-heavy web products. • Proven AI Experience: you have significant hands-on experience implementing AI/LLM-based features in a production environment. • Language & Market Expertise: you are fluent in German or Dutch (Native or C1 level). • Pragmatic 'Can-Do' Mentality: you come from a startup or hyper-growth environment where speed and pragmatism beat rigid processes. • Domain Passion: you have a genuine connection to camping, travel, or the 'Mobile Home' lifestyle. • Stakeholder Mastery: you are an expert at navigating a matrix organization, working seamlessly with technical teams and App product teams.
