📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from discovery and implementation to optimization and ongoing value realization • Lead complex client engagements by assessing needs, defining solutions, and driving outcomes that maximize customer value • Conduct workshops, technical assessments, and executive briefings on authentication, fraud prevention, and voice biometrics best practices • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales • Analyze client business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions for operational efficiency and risk mitigation • Guide customer teams through complex integrations and change management, resolving technical issues and ensuring adoption • Author white papers, case studies, and reusable best-practice resources • Mentor colleagues and contribute to continuous learning and consulting excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or customer-facing technical roles in SaaS, cloud, security, or fintech environments • Demonstrated ability to lead complex client engagements and solve challenging business/technical problems • Expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk, or voice-driven technologies • Outstanding client relationship skills and comfort presenting to C-level/executive stakeholders • Experience with contact center technology, voice biometrics, or security solution integration • Management consulting background or work in high-growth technology environments • Technical certifications (AWS, security, networking) or advanced degree • Background producing thought leadership content (whitepapers, best practices) • Highly AI fluent • Full time direct hire; not 1099
