📋 Description

• Provide technical, analytical, and lifecycle support to the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division for U.S. Navy Electromagnetic Warfare, Decoy, and SEWIP systems • Support cradle-to-grave activities including engineering, technology transition, installation, logistics, product support, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, and repair • Integrate and coordinate logistics processes across operational, acquisition, sustainment, and wholesale environments • Plan, develop, initiate, integrate, and manage lifecycle logistics activities supporting readiness, availability, maintainability, and sustainment • Direct integrated logistics processes and develop support policies, procedures, plans, and systems • Develop and implement logistics directives, procedures, and guidance for EW, Decoy, and SEWIP systems • Coordinate logistics requirements across engineering, maintenance, supply, acquisition, program management, and operational organizations • Analyze logistics, maintenance, supply, reliability, and readiness data to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Support logistics planning for technology transition, fielding, installation, test and evaluation, sustainment, maintenance, repair, and modifications • Establish and enforce logistics standards and processes • Develop logistics documentation, reports, metrics, assessments, and recommendations • Coordinate and track logistics actions against schedules, performance standards, and mission objectives • Support continuous improvement initiatives optimizing capability, readiness, availability, lifecycle performance, and cost effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Secret clearance required • Bachelor’s Degree required • Minimum of 7 years of experience
