• Develop, design, and implement enterprise-level systems, networks, and infrastructure solutions. • Evaluate system requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure scalability, security, and performance of system designs. • Install, configure, and integrate operating systems, applications, and system tools. • Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and deployments with minimal downtime. • Automate processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risk. • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments. • Ensure systems comply with security standards, policies, and best practices. • Work with cross-functional teams including software engineers, network engineers, cybersecurity, and project managers. • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and staff. • Lead system-related projects from requirements gathering to delivery. • Create and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and runbooks. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, cybersecurity standards, and organizational policies. • Participate in audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning.

🎯 Requirements

• DoD 8140 Certification • Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning, managing, and directing complex IT projects and operations of similar size and scope.
