📋 Description

• Develop and implement tailored growth strategies in Digital Marketing and Technology. • Work directly with clients to achieve strategic objectives and ensure sustainable success. • Facilitate and lead workshops and growth sessions. • Communicate complex topics and develop practical solutions. • Optimize processes through the use of digital tools and AI solutions. • Use and integrate AI tools such as GPT, as well as no-code tools such as Zapier and Airtable, for automation and process optimization. • Use Miro, Figma, HubSpot, and ClickUp to enable efficient collaboration and a seamless client experience. • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on data analysis. • Ensure the efficient, client-focused implementation of all initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in a strategic role within the digital sector, ideally in Marketing or Technology. • University degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration. • In-depth expertise in Digital Marketing (e.g., Performance Marketing and Content Strategy) and/or Technology (e.g., digital transformation, IT architecture, and AI-based solutions). • Fluent in German and highly proficient in English. • Extensive experience using HubSpot and other CRM systems. • Strong understanding of and practical experience with AI tools, no-code solutions, and project management tools such as Miro, ClickUp, JIRA, G Suite, and Figma. • Solid knowledge of SQL and database structures. • Programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or PHP. • Development experience is a strong plus. • Excellent organizational skills and absolute reliability. • Proven success in facilitating workshops and communicating complex topics. • Security clearance and references are required.
